Each of the following scenarios has a different way in setting this option

Running Directly from GBM interface:

Open GBM
Go to Tools> Global Preferences> Backup Settings> Select Always display backup log

Running via Scheduling or GBM Shortcut:

Go to Control Panel> Scheduled Tasks> Right click the scheduled task> Click properties
Or Right click the desktop shortcut> Click properties
In the target add -showlogfile before the –bt command
