Follow the steps below to generate an Advanced Log that will help us in tracking down the problem:

Close GBM and reopen it, then run the job until you reach the issue you are facing 3.Go to Tools > Global Preferences > General > Advanced > click on the “Open GBM advanced logs folder” and send us the log you find in that folder, Retrieving the log manually: GBM stores the advanced log in the following path: X :\Documents and Settings\%username\Application Data\Genie-Soft\GBMAPPLICATION\logs X: the drive where Windows is installed Username: is the name of the profile you have logged in GBMAPPLICATION refers to the GBM version and product used. Application Data : is a hidden file, therefore if you can't find it then please follow the steps below to be able to view hidden files : 1) Open My Computer then go to Tools menu > Folder Options 2.A new screen will show, click on the View tab > In the advanced setting windows scroll down to Hidden files and folders > choose Show hidden files
