Please follow the below instructions:

Right click on MY Computer and choose from the sub menu Map Network Drive
And follow the on screen instructions
After you complete the wizard instructions it will show up as a new drive
You can view it from GBM Pro >> What to Backup screen >> My Folders >> choose the FTP drive
