SYMPTOMS: GBM incorrectly estimates the size of the data intended for backup, indicating a size larger much larger than what has been selected.
CAUSE: You have selected the NetHood folder, which is a virtual folder that includes links to shared folders from the network.
RESOLUTION: Deselect the folder from under Documents and Settings
Typically, this is located in: C:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\NetHood
