SYMPTOMS: When installing GBM on Vista, GBM shows WAB and Outlook Explorer instead of Windows Contacts and Windows Mail.
CAUSES: GBM is installed in compatibility mode.
RESOLUTION: Uninstall GBM and disable “Run this program in compatibility mode for” by right clicking the installation file > Properties > and go Compatibility tad > disable “Run this program in compatibility mode for”.
And then run the installation.
