FREMONT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-Jan. 24, 2005 - Infrant Technologies(TM)
today announced that all ReadyNAS(TM) family of products will be shipped with Genie
Backup Manager (GBM) Professional Network Edition(TM) from Genie9(TM). ReadyNAS
family of products is the world's first Network Storage Processor (NSP) based Network
Attached Storage (NAS), supporting SATA, Gigabit Ethernet and hardware RAID 5.
Genie9 Backup Solution
Starting in February, every NSP sold by Infrant will include Genie9's GBM Pro
Network Edition on the installation CD-ROM.

www.genie9.com and purchase the upgrade at a discount. A full version
offers many benefits beyond the Network Edition.
