Introducing Zoolz 2.0

SYMPTOMS:

When running the job, new files are not picked up.

CAUSE:

1. Backing up from My Profile, selected files and folders
2. Selecting the child folders instead of selecting the parent folder

RESOLUTION:

1. Select All My documents or All My Desktop
2. Select the parent folder and then exclude the files/folders under it that you do not wish to backup, Example:

C:\My data has folders A and B you wish to backup all contents of A but not B, select C:\My data, then exclude B, when data is added under My data and A folders, GBM will pick up the changes, but it will not pick up the new files/folders added under folder B. If you do not wish GBM to pick up changed in the My data folder, directly select folder A for more information, click here
