SYMPTOMS:
When trying to create GDR boot disk to CD\DVD

RESOLUTION:

1. Uninstall GBM from Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs
2. Delete any files in the folder: C:\Program Files\Genie-Soft\GBM APPLICATION
3. Reinstall the latest build from the following link:
   
   http://www.genie-soft.com/download/download.html

4. Go to: “C:\Program Files\Genie-Soft\GBM APPLICATION\redist”

      And execute the setup file.

Where GBM APPLICATION is as follow:

GBMPro8 for GBM Pro
GBMHome8 for GBM Home
GBMServer8 for GBM Server

If the problem persists, download the following ISO Image and use a Third Party Burning Software to open and burn it to CD\DVD:

http://www.genie-soft.com/download/Genie_DR.zip

Then you can skip the step of creating GDR boot disk in GBM and continue to create GDR backup job.

For LaCie editions, go to C:\Program Files\LaCie\

Instead of:

C:\Program Files\Genie-soft
