To fix email notification problems, try the following steps:

1. Check your email settings, to verify if your email settings are correct, please check the settings from your email client. For Yahoo!, Gmail, hotmail and other carries, please refer to the following knowledgebase:

2. Check your firewall settings and make sure that it is not blocking received emails.
3. If you are encountering a specific SMTP error, click here for more information and ways to understand why the error is generated
4. Contact your email service provider. In some cases the service provider blocks third-party applications to send email using the SMTP server to prevent SPAM
